Lovely complexity on this Etna comprised of 90% Carricante and 10% Catarrato grown at 950 meters altitude. Great texture and mouthfeel from 12 months in neutral French oak and time on the lees. Pretty minerality with citrus, peach, chamomile, sea spray, and tea leaves. Sustainable farming.
