Lovely complexity on this Etna comprised of 90% Carricante and 10% Catarrato grown at 950 meters. Great texture and mouthfeel from 12 months in neutral oak. Nice minerality with citrus, peach, chamomile, sea spray, and tea leaves. Sustainable.
