While Semillon is the main grape in Sauternes dessert wines, it thrives in the high altitude vineyards of Zuccardi in Mendoza. Vines planted in 1973 at 3,900 feet, this is waxy, tense, and bright with citrus, under ripe peach, and tangy minerals. Aged in neutral oak.
