Layered and textural Chenin Blanc from old, dry-farmed bush vines in Swartland. Medium bodied and fruit forward with honeysuckle, paraffin, golden apple, plus some stone fruit and tropical notes. Aged in large-format old oak barrels with five months on the lees adding some extra richness and body. Sustainable farming.
