Bottle shape aside, this is a very intriguing wine. Verdejo, Viognier, and Albarin are meticulously blended for this textured white showing lemon oil, white plum, vanillin, and spice from oak ageing. Five months in concrete followed by five months in oak. Pair with oily fish. Vegan.
