This traditional family owned house is based in Chouilly within the Cotes de Blancs. Comprised of 94% Chardonnay and 6% Pinot Noir from Grand and Premier Cru vineyards, this rose is toasty and elegant with spiced strawberry, raspberry, lemon zest, and apple skin. The finish is clean, long, and mineral. Hand riddled and fermented with indigenous yeast. HVE certified sustainable.
