100% estate grown Pinot Noir with 20% whole cluster fermentation and aging for 9 months in neutral barrique. Silky and fruit forward with pleasant concentration without being too fruity. A pretty balance of red fruits, earth, and subtle spice. Quite elegant. Organic.
