Inky black in the glass from this teinturier grape. Aged in clay amphorae, this shows intense cranberry, currant, underripe plum, earth, and smoke flavors that are deeply concentrated and fruit forward with tangy acidity. Unfined and unfiltered. Organic with minimal sulfur.
