Mostly Corvina and Corvinone, this is a complex and aromatic Valpolicella with wildflowers, cherry, and orange peel on the nose. The palate has great energy with fresh red plum, tangy cherry, mint, baking spice, and earth. No ripasso on this wine. Native yeast fermented and biodynamic.
