50% Mandilaria and 50% Mavrotragano coming from the Santorini and neighboring Cyclades islands. A really cool red that is chalky with good acidity and notes of Mediterranean herb with pretty, fine tannins. This is a wine that will especially appeal to fans of Etna Rosso.
