Known as Tibouren in the south of France, the locals here refer to it as the “Nebbiolo of Liguria”. This is a light, mineral red with rose petal florals on the nose and a structured palate of cherries and pomegranate seeds. Pair with grilled octopus. Native yeast fermentation.
