A zesty and energetic natural Pinot Noir with fruit from Eola-Amity Hills and Ribbon Ridge. Very bright and peppery with a false effervescence that blows off with air. Wild red fruits and grippy tannins open in the glass. Aged in stainless steel and concrete. Organic.
