A really neat wine made of the Saperavi grape, native to Georgia! Saperavi is dark and full bodied with wild black fruits plus smoky notes of beef jerky and campfire ash. A viscous offering to be paired with dry aged ribeye or any fare suited for the barbie. Aged in neutral oak.
