A lovely honjozo sake (cleaner/drier) that is also nama (unpasteurized) from this 5th generation brewer in Fukuoka. This sake has notes of chicory, chestnut, and cocoa with a great spice profile. Great with heartier foods and can be drunk chilled or heated.
