Another apprentice of Christin Binner. This is a bright blend of Sylvaner, Riesling, Auxerois, Pinot Gris, and Gewurztraminer. A unique orange wine with Aperol on the nose and a palate of clementine, persimmon, tomato leaf, and roiboos tea. Faintly effervescent. Biodynamic, unfined, and unfiltered.
