A 50/50 blend of Moscatel de Alexandria and Listan Negro. Deep amber in color after spending 31 days on skins in concrete. This is bright and complex with poached pear, tobacco, and white pepper. Fermented in stainless steel. Sustainably farmed, native yeast fermented, minimal sulfites.
