A gorgeous dessert wine made of 90% Sangiovese and 10% Malvasia. The grapes are dried on straw mats concentrating their sugars and acids. Rich but lifted, with notes of carmal, toffee, brown sugar, plus dried berries and stone fruit. Aging beautifully and extremely difficult to find at this price. Pair with creme brulee. Organic.
