The Masso Vineyard is sandy and iron-rich, imparting intense minerality. Bay laurel and mint aromas lead to bright lemon flavors. Six months on the lees gives a soft texture despite bracing acidity. Fermented in concrete, aged in steel, minimal intervention and certified organic.
