Deep and luscious with an intense bouquet of dark red and black fruits accompanied by mint and spice. Pure and regal with elegant structure. A true gem from one of our favorite producers. 

From the winemaker: “The six vineyard blocks were fermented separately for seven days. We selected two hillside parcels to bring depth and texture to the young vines block. After 12 months of barrel aging, tannins have integrated and the wine is beginning to soften. This exemplary wine will continue to improve for at least a decade".

Aged one year in American oak (10% new). Crafted with minimal intervention, minimal sulfur, and vegan friendly.
